Oversee the Office of Personnel Services, which coordinates conference, school and church-wide initiatives, including

Administer health insurance and other employee benefit plans. Maintain administrative operations, such as recording and filing minutes for various NCC committees and meetings, issuing and maintaining employee ID cards and licenses, compiling membership data for statistical reports, and assisting with personnel administration.

Processing employee inquiries, enrollment and eligibility interviews
We are assisting with conflict resolution, building trust and defusing workplace issues.
Provide expertise in addressing employee relations challenges. Address personnel and membership issues, including HR policies, sexual ethics, diversity relations, mediation and dispute resolution

Ensuring that the company is up to date and compliant with labor laws and regulations. Claims and Unemployment Claims Processing. Coordinating legally required background checks on employees of churches and organizations.
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
Recruiting, screening and onboarding new employees and providing tools and support for the hiring process.

Implement systems for goal setting, feedback and employee development.

Strategic HR advice and expertise to support the organization’s mission and goals.

Provide training programs, coaching and resources for employee learning and development. Handle special projects and initiatives as directed by NCC management

Oversee and support NCC Employee Handbook policies, statistical reports, NCC approved meetings, schedule and conferences/island constituent meetings.
